The video starts by showing a lady at home with the television on; she is reading Sherlock Holmes and a 'What's On' magazine. The report on the TV talks about how precious the world is and how we must look after it and not waste energy. She then falls asleep and we see something turn on her stereo which wakes her up. She then decides to write a letter to Sherlock Holmes about the strange goings on and saying that she works in M&S and her name is Jenny Nelson. Then electrical items turn themselves on in her home again; she then goes downstairs but is suddenly in her work clothes and at her M&S store. We then see Sherlock Holmes talking to 'What's On' (reference to a magazine she was reading before) and writing back to Jenny. Jenny wanders around the store and we hear giggles from the Gremlins as they are turning on electrical items, leaving taps on, putting items in the kitchen on and messing up food displays. Jenny goes around sorting out all these disruption that the gremlins are causing. She finds one on top of the printer and it runs away; she takes the paper printed off which reveals its footprints. Sherlock and 'What's On' discuss who could be behind it and they deduce it is Moriarty. We learn that Moriarty wants to use up all the energy on the planet and doesn't care about the waste as he is talking to the gremlins. We then learn that M&S is very energy conscious and so are its workers Jenny then wakes up and realises it was all a dream and moves her books out of the way and a piece of paper with a footprint on it falls out. She doesn't notice and switches off the light and goes downstairs. Moriarty picks up the paper and laughs and turns the light back on. Running Time: 12mins 20 secs
